Hi,
I dont know if this will work but at this time,I have no choice I've been online looking for grants/programs to help with a shut off notice but all programs that I seemed to find are for low income. It's seems that one has to be dirt poor to receive any help. I'm trying to help my brother out a bad sitiuation and he only has 15 days before his lights get turned off, since his cash flow is low. He's been late on payments for the entire year and so he's unable to make payments arrangement agreement since he broke a few.
I probadly would be dead meet if he found out but things are very tight for me and I'm trying to help out in anyway.
He's a very good man and a father of three. He has custody of two of my kids and the little one lives with his Exwife. He has a decent job job but since his Ex decided to pick up and leave.
Things got pretty hard he's paying support, food expense, bills and barely meeting his mortage payments.
There's a shut off notice for his light bill which is over $1100 and a mortage payment which is due the first of the month. Times are very hard and as a family were trying to help him as much as we can. But he needs to keep a roof over his heads but also need the lights on .
My brother use to be able to make ends meet but it's almost been five months and there's hasnt been no overtime in his department. That's pretty much why he's gotten behind some of my bills. No overtime.
Please if anyone can help, I would appreciate it. Please email me at
I dont even need to pay the bill myself you can send payment directly to PECO If your wlling to help or have any information please send me a message .
This is one of the hardest thing I have ever done asking and seeking for help but thanks a million.
.
